Rob joined SPT Labtech as Chief Executive Officer in 2024 from GE Healthcare where he was President & CEO for EMEA, a $4B franchise with more than 6000 employees. During his 15-year tenure at GE Healthcare, Rob led several global medical device businesses, including the Respiratory & Sleep Care and Primary & Emerging Care divisions, and led the Asia Pacific business, based in Singapore. As a proven transformational leader, Rob has consistently delivered accelerated profitable growth through commercial and product development, combined with operational excellence initiatives.
Prior to GE HealthCare, Rob held engineering and manufacturing leadership positions at Unilever and Ford and was a Senior Strategy Consultant at Bain & Company.
Morten joined SPT Labtech in February 2024 as Chief Commercial Officer, where he leads all commercial activities globally.
He previously served as Chief Commercial Officer, IVD at Veracyte Inc. for three years, during which the company experienced significant growth through global expansion and strategic acquisitions. Prior to Veracyte, Morten spent six years at Agilent Technologies in various global leadership roles across Sales, Marketing, and Strategy & M&A, contributing to the growth of its $1.4bn Diagnostics and Genomics Group (DGG). He began his career in management consulting, advising large pharmaceutical companies on top-level strategy, M&A, and commercial strategy.
Since April 2021, Morten has served as a Non-Executive Director at the AI & Digital Pathology company, Visiopharm.
Joby has been part of SPT Labtech since its foundation within TTP Group over 20 years ago and throughout its growth journey, holding numerous positions in both commercial and technical leadership.
He has been instrumental in establishing SPT Labtech as a globally recognized provider of leading solutions and technologies for life science research, contributing to the conception and development of every instrument across the automated liquid handling portfolio.
In his role as Chief Technology Officer, Joby continues to steer the technical direction of the organization, driving towards the mission of making a real difference to human health.
Andrew joined as Group Chief Financial Officer in December 2024, where he oversees the implementation of SPT Labtech’s financial strategy, collaborating with the Board, our Investors and CEO to define strategic objectives.
With over 30 years of experience in Finance, IT, Strategy and M&A in plcs and practice, Andrew has extensive experience in using analytics and insight to drive growth and profitability alongside the implementation of robust systems and processes. He spent 19 years at GlaxoSmithKline in roles ranging from UK FD, CIO for Europe, leading the global rollout of a new ERP system and CFO for the Global Supply Chain. Following that he was Group Financial Controller for Johnson Matthey and prior to joining SPT was the FD for the the Engineering Division at Mitie.
Andrew has a PhD in Biochemistry from London University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England & Wales.
Joffrey joined SPT Labtech in December 2024 as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing supply-chain, manufacturing, service and quality across all manufacturing and service sites in Cambridge (UK), California, and China.
Joffrey brings over 20 years of international experience across Europe and Asia in a wide range of operational roles, consistently delivering operational excellence and driving sustainable transformation.
Prior to joining SPT Labtech, Joffrey held multiple leadership roles at GE Healthcare, including Manufacturing Leader & and Service Delivery Manager. More recently, he served as Executive Leader for Sales Execution in Asia and subsequently EMEA, leading revenue operations across a $3B revenue portfolio.
Joffrey is passionate about driving change, enhancing customer experience, developing high-performing teams through Lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
