Most vials within the lab2lab system will be sent to waste after analysis. The waste bin is a standard laboratory sharps bin.
Danger: toxic materials Users must ensure that vial caps are securely fixed to avoid leakage contaminating lab2lab components.
Use appropriate PPE when handling waste vials
Remove the waste bin when full and dispose of the contents appropriately. The waste bin does not require any tools to remove or refit. Disposal should be done when the system is quiet or temporarily take the Router off-line whilst disposing of waste.
