By default, all reservoir positions will be set to standard manual reservoirs. To change the
configuration, open the Reservoir Configuration dialog:
The Reservoir Configuration dialog will show the different reservoir options for each position:
manual on the left, and AFR on the right. Select AFR type as Pumped, as shown below.
Define an AFR group for the pumped reservoir in the same way as a self-prime AFR group.
Assign the pumped AFR group to a pump channel in the Pump Configuration section (highlighted
below).
Each reservoir group is supplied with liquid by one pump channel. Start all the required pump
channels and prime them with liquid before starting to run an experiment.
The pump(s) can be controlled through the pump control dialog which can be opened by clicking
the pump control button on the main page.
