User-friendly automated benchtop capping and decapping instrument to streamline labor-intensive workflows.
Ready-to-use, right out of the box, the BioMicroLab AutoCap makes it easy for operators to quickly add or remove screw caps for 96-format internal or external thread tubes. For laboratories with various types of tubes, the interchangeable capping tools allows operators to quickly modify the instrument to cap different labware.
Controlled by either an onboard user-friendly 7-inch color touchscreen interface or by a network connection, repetitive strain injuries typical of capping tasks are entirely avoided.
The cap tool supports a wide range of closure types, ensuring compatibility with your current and future labware.
The instrument includes a user-friendly 7-inch color touch screen interface with full network compatibility for connection with LIMS or other automation systems.
Manual capping tasks are notoriously burdensome for the operator and may result in repetitive strain injuries, as well as cause workflow bottlenecks. The AutoCap eliminates these issues, increasing efficiency as well as improving conditions for researchers.
The rack orientation may be simply set to either portrait or landscape setting, and switching between internal and external caps is easily accomplished.
The AutoCap operates either as a standalone capping/decapping station, or as an instrument to integrate capping tasks.
The instrument has a track record of robust day to day operation to ensure maximum uptime and cap tools are manufactured from brass for durable, long-lasting performance.
