Each Collection Station installation requires that an area of 120mm (w) x 250mm (d) of bench space is available. The removable bin must be easily accessible at the front of the Collection Station.
Fix the Collection Station to a bench with three M4 countersunk screws, as shown below. All dimensions are in mm.
Services are connected to the rear of the instrument.
A hole must be drilled in the ceiling (tile) above the Collection Station for the acrylic pipe to pass through.
Once the necessary connections are made in the ceiling the rigid transport pipe is connected to the Collection Station via the coupling in the top of the device. The acrylic transport pipe for the Collection Station can be fixed to the wall with mounting pillars but this installation is optional.
You must ensure the PTFE pipe is able to drop vertically to the correct mounting position of the Collection Station and inform SPT Labtech of its precise location for the installation.
